Thomas Tona is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TonaLaw, a New York-based law firm. He has nearly 30 years of experience as a New York State trial attorney with a career concentration in plaintiff’s personal injury and no-fault insurance collections. For the past 24 years, Mr. Tona has led his firm with the guiding vision of “Fighting for Injured New Yorkers and the Healthcare Providers Who Treat Them”. He remains actively involved in litigation, personally managing high-stakes personal injury cases, including traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, falls, trucking accidents, and automobile accidents, to ensure top-quality representation for his clients.

Bob Kerzman, Chief Growth Officer

With over 25 years of success driving growth in the Healthcare IT space, Bob Kerzman has built a reputation as a dynamic sales leader who bridges cutting-edge technology with real-world clinical, legal and administrative challenges. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at MedLawRCM, Bob leads a national team focused on delivering next generation scalable RCM solutions to Law Firms and Providers in today’s complicated PI and No-Fault claims process.

Bob’s career spans some of the most transformative decades in the Healthcare IT and RCM industry—from the rise of Digital Care through ARRA to the ICD-10 expansion to the explosion of telehealth and value-based care models. His track record includes:

  • Executive leadership at fortune 500 companies like McKesson, Allscripts, and RELEX Group.

  • Vast experience with M&A and growing new acquisitions to full Scale.

  • Deep knowledge of the Healthcare Regulatory landscape and complexity around medical billing and RCM

  • Seasoned Venture Capital and start-up experience with organizations such as Optum Ventures, Elsevier, and others.

Prior to launching MedLawRCM, he led national sales efforts across different IT platforms serving providers, MSOs, and Payers – building high-performing teams and securing multimillion-dollar contracts. Today he is focused on driving ROI, operational efficiency and seamless tech adoption for legal teams navigating complex billing workflows.

Kenneth McCray, Senior Director Technology

Kenneth McCray is a visionary technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in healthcare IT. As Senior Director of Technology Services, he specializes in orchestrating large-scale system integrations, cloud migrations, and data-driven solutions that optimize clinical workflows and revenue cycles. His expertise spans HL7/FHIR standards, Java/Python development, Linux systems engineering, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Kenneth excels at leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects—from deploying Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and FHIR interfaces at DrFirst, to enhancing AI-powered coding systems at 3M, and modernizing EHR platforms like McKesson Horizon Clinicals. He holds key certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and Horizon Clinicals, underscoring his commitment to technical excellence and process optimization. Holding a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida A&M University, Kenneth combines deep technical acumen with a passion for mentoring talent and advancing technology
